Fund to Support Institutions

Fondo de Apoyo a Instituciones

In the heart of the Teleton concept is the idea of giving; and being consistent with this important precept in the life of any human being, Teleton Foundation creates in 1998 the Teleton Fund to Support Institutions (FAI by its Spanish acronym) with the goal to provide support to organizations in Mexico that attend people with various disabilities and that operate with multiple disadvantages. In order to achieve an efficient operation, the fund redistributes a percentage of the resources that people bring to the Teleton Foundation and establishes a network, which not only serves a vulnerable sector of society, but rather seeks their psychosocial integration.
